• AmbassadorX functions solely as a platform to provide visibility to ambassadors and their projects, facilitating connections with potential stakeholders.

• The Platform does not guarantee economic success or the fulfillment of objectives for any project.

• AmbassadorX is not responsible for ensuring the completion of projects or the implementation of sponsorship programs or activation packages.

• The Platform does not ensure the connection or attraction of any potential partners or stakeholders to invest in or support the projects.

• AmbassadorX is not liable for actions taken outside of the Platform or its designated functionalities.

Project Owners’ Responsibility:

• Project owners are entirely responsible for executing their projects. They must demonstrate honesty, effort, and dedication.

• If they cannot fulfill their project commitments, they must responsibly allocate the funds raised, communicate openly with supporters, and strive to complete as much of the project as possible.

• Project owners may face legal action from supporters if they fail to meet these obligations.

Stakeholders’ Understanding:

• Stakeholders acknowledge that they are not purchasing a product or service when supporting a project but are assisting in creating something new or enabling an existing project to grow.

• Each project is unique and may face changes, delays, or unforeseen challenges.

Platform Involvement:

• AmbassadorX reserves the right to take necessary actions regarding campaign funds if a dispute arises. However, the Platform does not supervise project performance or mediate disputes between users or between users and third parties.

• AmbassadorX is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Platform’s services.

• The Platform does not monitor the performance or punctuality of projects and does not endorse any user-submitted content.

• Users waive AmbassadorX from claims, damages, and demands arising from disputes related to the Platform’s services.

• Content accessed through the Platform is at the user’s own risk. Users bear full responsibility for any resulting damage or loss.

• AmbassadorX may contain links to third-party websites. Accessing these websites is at the user’s own risk, and the Platform does not control or endorse these external sites.

Ownership:

• AmbassadorX does not own the projects listed on the Platform.

• By participating, project owners grant AmbassadorX the right to use, edit, modify, translate, and share their content on the Platform, social media, and other media channels.

User Promises:

• Project owners confirm that the use of their content does not violate any third-party rights or copyrights.

• AmbassadorX recommends project owners secure their own legal protections and registrations for their content and projects.

• The sponsorship or funding functionality through the Platform is not yet active. Currently, AmbassadorX solely provides visibility to ambassadors and their projects, aiming to create connections with stakeholders.

• AmbassadorX is not responsible for third parties replicating or misusing project ideas or content.

• The Platform is not liable for legal disputes between projects hosted on the Platform.

• Users agree to release AmbassadorX from any legal claims arising from disputes involving project content or intellectual property issues.

• Users must act in good faith, respecting the integrity of projects, ambassadors, stakeholders, and other Platform users.

• AmbassadorX reserves the right to remove any project or user found in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices.

• AmbassadorX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant updates.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AmbassadorX LLC is registered.
